Here on Daily Kos we have this thing called the Kos Katalogue. It’s kind of our way of buying locally while supporting our fellow Daily Kos family at the same time. We have an incredible array of artists in the catalog making everything from wooden furniture to soap.
One great artist in the Kos Katalogue is asterkitty (Alexandria Levin). A transplant from Philadelphia (and before that, Albuquerque, San Francisco, Boston, and New York City), she now lives in Oregon, and lucky for us, she has a sale on her works with special prices for Daily Kos users.
